天津新華國際金融中心位於天津市傳統中心區 – 和平區，和平區乃天津歷史上的法國租界，亦是天津市規劃中的CRD及CBD。 項目地塊毗鄰海河，海河是天津的標誌，由於天津城市發展一直依托於海河，所以城區的海河兩岸是城市重要的中心地區。 項目將規劃為辦公大樓、服務式公寓及購物商場。 項目總建築面積9萬多平方米，總投資超過10億元人民幣。Tianjin Sun Wah International Finance Centre (Tianjin Sun Wah IFC)
The Tianjin Sun Wah IFC is located at the heart of Tianjin – He Ping District, the historic French concession area which is also the currently planned CBD. The site is in the neighbourhood of River Hai, the landmark of Tianjin. Its coastal areas are Tianjin’s important city development. Tianjin Sun Wah IFC involves the construction of a high-rise office block on a podium above a four-storey shopping plaza and two buildings of service apartments, creating a total floor area of 93,000 square meters.
