典故再深厚,“不好看”“不好玩”也吸引不了流量,群众出来玩就是图个新鲜,真没那么多文化讲究。所以还得做好内容,能引得来留得住,口碑好。难

石湖的故事可能是有很多,但石湖不太可能火最大的问题老苏州应该都知道是上方山,苏州最大的阴宅。衣食住行都刻意会避开。等个50年再开发吧,等这事世上没几个人知道以后,突然发现这边有一方山水。。。。。。

石湖冷清?虽然我有几年没去过石湖了,冷清不至于吧,以前节假日人还是很多的。不会非要人山人海才算不冷清吧

石湖不算冷清,严格说石湖就是个公园,不算传统景区。西环路南延就注定了石湖的定位就是个市民公园。倒是虎丘景区规模可以扩大一点,虎丘环山河西侧有一大块地应该作为景区打造,虎丘是苏州面积最大的传统景点,且只有它具备扩充条件。希望不要浪费了。

山塘四期延伸段沿河房屋修缮与更新
——
山塘四期沿街风貌更新提升项目已开始招标,投资估算约1.05亿。山塘四期项目位于山塘街的西北段,串联虎丘和古城,是虎丘综改工程的重要组成部分。占地面积约34277平方米,涉及需更新改造建筑面积13952平方米。

建设内容包含:房屋建筑更新提升、街巷及公共空间提升、综合管线改造及其他相关基础设施配套实施。项目按照“整体策划、分段实施”的总体思路,采用保留传统、适度改造的模式,改善街区的人居环境和环境面貌。

大宋武侠城的王婆说媒都能无中生有火起来,苏州的虎丘等景区可以搞一个秋香抛绣球,带动游客参与,打造爆点。

不对,群众的教育程度和文化审美水准也在不断提高,与时俱进,还真就有这么多文化讲究,太阳底下哪来这么多新鲜事,能新鲜的创意设计策划早就都玩过几遍了,三国城,武侠城,横店,拈花湾,宋城,乌镇西栅,清明上河园那些,不过就是收高额门票的仿古主题乐园而已,都是无中生有的,假的伪的,没什么意思。还就是文化底蕴和积淀最深入人心,百看不腻。

一条大运河支流,1200年以来,流淌着诗歌与无限商机。公元825年,唐朝的著名诗人白居易在主政苏州时,疏浚开挖了山塘河。这条河贯通了苏州古城和城外名胜。河畔的山塘街的富庶繁华,在明清时达到鼎盛,有“红尘中一二等富贵风流之地”美誉(语出《红楼梦》),后因战乱与城乡变迁而渐衰。如今,山塘街东段已勃然复兴,2024年游客量高达1200万人次。相较之下,山塘街的西段至虎丘景区区域(规划名为“山塘四期”)在居民动迁之后,亟需体系化地植入民生与商业的更新内容,激发文旅活力,让“七里山塘”融贯一体,形成世界级的休闲度假目的地。A tributary of the Grand Canal has nurtured poetry and endless commercial opportunities for over 1,200 years. In 825 AD, Bai Juyi, the renowned poet of the Tang Dynasty, dredged and excavated the Shantang River during his tenure as governor of Suzhou. This river connected the ancient city of Suzhou with scenic spots beyond its walls. The riverside Shantang Street flourished into prosperity during the Ming and Qing dynasties, earning the reputation as "the first-tier land of wealth and elegance amid worldly affairs" (from A Dream of Red Mansions), though it later declined due to wars and urban-rural transformations. Today, the eastern section of Shantang Street has been thriving again, attracting 12 million visitors in 2024. In contrast, the area from the western section of Shantang Street to the Tiger Hill Scenic Area (planned as "Shantang Phase IV")—after the relocation of residents—urgently requires systematic integration of livelihood and commercial upgrades to ignite cultural-tourism vitality. This will unify the "Qili Shantang" into a cohesive, world-class leisure and resort destination

二、 实施主体Implementation Entity
苏州名城保护集团的全资子公司“苏州虎丘投资建设开发有限公司”,是山塘四期更新项目的实施主体。苏州名城保护集团是苏州市委、市**为进一步加强苏州历史文化名城保护工作,于2022年6月挂牌成立的市属国有企业,是苏州19.2平方公里历史城区保护更新工作的主要平台和实施主体。当前,集团正统筹推进城市保护更新、资产运营管理、文商旅综合运营三大主业。资产总额已达700亿元,资产总面积达148.66万平方米,主体信用评级维持“3A稳定”,发展态势良好。Suzhou Huqiu Investment, Construction and Development Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Suzhou Famous City Protection Group, is the implementing entity of the Shantang Phase IV renewal project.Suzhou Famous City Protection Group is a municipal state-owned enterprise established in June 2022 by the Suzhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government with the aim of further strengthening the protection of Suzhou as a famous historical and cultural city. It serves as the main platform and implementing entity for the protection and renewal of Suzhou's 19.2-square-kilometer historical urban area.Currently, the Group is coordinating the advancement of three core businesses: urban protection and renewal, asset operation and management, and integrated cultural, commercial and tourism operations. It has total assets of 70 billion yuan, a total asset area of 1.4866 million square meters, and maintains a "AAA stable" corporate credit rating, boasting a sound development momentum.

三、项目基本情况Basic information of the project

本次征集合作活动的“山塘四期沿街风貌提升”项目,是山塘四期整体更新工程的先导项目。涉及需更新改造的建筑面积约13952平方米,涉及需提升优化的街巷及公共空间面积约23342平方米。本项目内,水陆交通便利,传统民居错落有致,风光优美。历史底蕴深厚,山塘历史街区与虎丘云岩寺塔两处遗产点,列入世界文化遗产“中国大运河”,现存义风园、普福禅寺等古迹,还有多处省市级文保单位。为做好项目的文商旅融合策划、招商前置等工作,现面向全球公开召集山塘四期沿街风貌提升项目的招商运营合作伙伴。The "Shantang Phase IV Streetscape Enhancement" project under this global solicitation serves as the pilot project within the broader Shantang Phase IV renewal program. It involves the renovation of a building area of approximately 13,952 square meters, as well as the improvement and optimization of streets, lanes and public spaces covering around 23,342 square meters.  The project area boasts convenient water-land transportation, well-preserved traditional residences, and scenic landscapes. It has a profound historical heritage: the Shantang Historical Block and the Tiger Hill Yunyan Temple Pagoda, two heritage sites which are included in the "Grand Canal of China", a UNESCO World Heritage Site. There are also existing historical sites such as Yifeng Garden and Pufu Temple, along with multiple provincial and municipal cultural relics protection units.  To advance cultural-commercial-tourism integration and pre-investment planning, we now invite partners across the globe for the Shantang Phase IV Streetscape Enhancement project.
