项目介绍：
用地位于才林街商务带与武昌滨江商务区的接口处，是沿城市主干道和平大道进入该片区的门户位置。作为该“设计之都”片区的门户形象，由一条贯穿场地腹地的公共绿带作为城市公园四美塘与商务区之间的公共纽带，共计2 栋办公，1 栋SOHO，2 栋住宅。不同业态间由丰富多变的公共空间串联，形成一个开放式设计艺术社区。
Located at the intersection of Waterfront CBD and Cailin business zone, our project holds the entrance from city avenue to Qingshan District. As the opening area of "Design capital" node, the site has been consecutively connected to the neighbor park by a green belt. The functions have been preset, including 2 office buildings, 1 Soho and 2 high rise apartments. By offering diversity of local business, we aim to create a dynamic and open community to boost the economy.
