恒大除了卖房子，这些楼没有一个靠谱的，来自泉城的朋友向宁波朋友问好。恒大国际金融中心在济南规划的560奠基第四个年头了，至今连基坑都没有挖，估计要开建的话要等十年以后了。

I am confused by this project. I visited the sales office today to figure out what is going on. First of all, the apartment buildings have almost all topped out. You can see in my photos. I also noticed construction workers working on a Sunday afternoon. So that part of the development is clearly progressing along.

The question is, will the 455m skyscraper actually break ground? The sales person sold me the are breaking ground this year in December!! Was she just lying and being optimistic? The site is all overgrown weeds right now. Maybe they experienced a sales boost recently and the investors changed their mind?

That being said, another question puzzles me. The scale model in the sales office still shows a 455m skyscraper. But a rendering of the area surrounding the 398m宁波中心 shows the design essentially cut in half. Perhaps around 225m now. Is this the new design?

Sorry for not writing Chinese. My Chinese is too poor. Hope someone understands.
