今天去看了这个项目，真的低调，景观的样板已经出来了，同时，原来厂区的树木都得到原地保护。厂房有的已经拆的差不多了，但貌似保留其中一个要做售楼部，相信改造后出来的售楼部会让人惊艳。

    雅颂居今天我也去看了下，一期差不多都已经封顶了，但居然到现在还没开盘，而且估计是上半年开不了盘的。从工地的情况来看，没有豪宅的感觉。   查了户型，还有90平的两房。直接降低我对它的定位。
