Hojo Xinyi Hot Spring Resort Kunming is invested by Kunming Xinyi Real Estate Developing Co.Ltd and managed by Howard Johnson Group of famous Wyndham Hotel Group. Hotel is located in hot spring town of Anning city and occupies an area of about 107 acres, 226 hotel rooms and 120 property rooms, comprising 17 villas. Its outdoor area is about 38 acres hot springs of mountain forest. The hotel delivery is scheduled for end of May 2015 and will be in trial operation in early June 2015.
